Warning: SPOILERS for Ant-Man and the Wasp are ahead!
Following just two months after Avengers: Infinity War's release, Ant-Man and the Wasp gave audiences a more self-contained Marvel Cinematic Universe adventure. clear the sequel picked up on elements of the first Ant-Man movie left off and built off of Scott's Lang's status at the stop of Captain America: Civil War, but the main bank account categorically was up in its own bubble. And later came the mid-credits scene, where we wise saying Hank Pym, wish van Dyne and Janet van Dyne direction to dust as a result of the Thanos snap, rejection Scott trapped in the Quantum Realm. This moment was a brilliant contrast from the overall playful vent of Ant-Man and the Wasp, and as director Peyton Reed acknowledged, it wasn't easy deciding who would disappear. Reed explained:
A huge allowance of it was deciding who was going to be in that scene to begin with, because there was a bank account of that scene I think where it's like, 'OK, maybe bank account sustain is here as well, maybe Ava Starr is here as well.' We talked not quite versions similar to -- and maybe Luis, or whoever, it could've been anybody -- but later there's a clear percentage event that's set up obviously in Infinity charge that we couldn't ignore. similar to we finally landed on the bank account that you saw, the unlimited bank account in the movie, it just seemed right.
For those who infatuation a refresher, Scott Lang ventured into the Quantum Realm at the begin of the Ant-Man and the Wasp mid-credits scene to entrance some quantum excitement for Ava Starr, who needs that to stabilize her condition. Hank Pym, wish van Dyne and Janet van Dyne were monitoring Scott and were supposed to pull him back up in, but they disintegrated alongside half of every other excitement forms in the universe. As Peyton Reed noted, it was difficult pinpointing which characters the audience would watch be erased. I categorically would have been devastated to watch Luis fade away, but unlimited that Hank, wish and Janet are currently the most tied to his excitement as Ant-Man, it makes desirability that they would be the ones to go. Unfortunately, that now leaves Scott in a tricky situation.
As for the other members of Ant-Man's supporting cast, Peyton Reed wouldn't comment to HuffPost on what's happened to them post-Avengers: Infinity War, including Scott's daughter, Cassie, while she is rumored to produce a result up in Avengers 4. Ant-Man and the Wasp is the last gift daylight since Avengers 4, since Captain Marvel is turning the clock back up to the 1990s for Carol Danvers' pedigree story. As for Earth's Mightiest Heroes' fourth movie, also called the unlimited Phase 3 installment, set photos produce a result Ant-Man interacting similar to Tony Stark, for that reason at least we know he'll eventually fracture free from the Quantum real (although who knows how much mature will have passed). exceeding that, it remains to be seen how Hank Pym, wish van Dyne, Janet van Dyne and everyone else who was dusted by the Infinity Stones-wielding Thanos will be brought back, but since Ant-Man 3 is in consideration, there's a fine inadvertent Scott and the gang will be in the region of for Phase 4.
Ant-Man and the Wasp is nevertheless playing in theaters, for that reason be clear to entrance CinemaBlend's evaluation and To 3D guide for the sequel. As for the other projects the MCU has in development, you can locate that counsel in our Marvel movies guide.

We're probably never getting a solo Hawkeye film with Jeremy Renner & since we are on the topic of female heroes, Kate should take on the mantle moving forward. Given how much Marvel Comics has been pushing her character recently & the positive reaction from fans, this would be a great opportunity to introduce a new Hawkeye in the MCU.
