James Wan is not quite to make his leap into the world of the comic folder movie afterward Aquaman and if afterward is prologue, the director will have his unconventional of blockbuster movies after this, especially if he's enthusiastic in continuing in the comic folder movie genre. It turns out, that past subconscious handed the seahorse reins of the Aquaman franchise, the director, afterward many others, had something of a aspiration of taking upon Batman. However, the description of Batman he was enthusiastic in produce a result wasn't the time-honored hero we're all familiar with. Wan says he wanted to accomplish a more scary description of the character.
In the afterward afterward most people I loved the idea of directing Batman, but a horror description of Batman. That would be a potential fantasy of mine, but I quality afterward he's been done quite a fair bit. But, I accomplish love the idea of produce a result an outright scary Batman. I quality afterward that'd be essentially cool.
It's probably not too surprising that the man held responsible for the Conjuring horror franchise would be enthusiastic in making a scary Batman movie. It's one of the reasons that Wan was something of a surprising unconventional to speak to Aquaman in the first place. The director has handled a straight produce a result movie, quite well, afterward irate 7, but new than that his produce a result has been largely focused upon horror movies.
It's furthermore not too difficult to look Batman done as a more gross character. He hides in the shadows and jumps out and bad guys. They are categorically supposed to be frightened of him, consequently framing the movie in such a pretension that the audience was furthermore supposed to be afraid wouldn't necessarily be all that difficult.
Of course, one has to now admiration whether an idea afterward this one might actually be possible. The word upon the street is that Aquaman is going to be a big hit for Warner Bros. and DC and if consequently James Wan will have some talent that he'll be skilled to use upon well along projects. Perhaps the idea he tells valorous Hollywood not quite is something that could potentially happen.
We've furthermore seen that, while the DC movie universe is yet disturbing forward, WB has no unease in making comic folder movies that aren't associated to it. We're getting a new Joker movie afterward Joaquin Phoenix that has nothing to accomplish afterward the DCEU, consequently why couldn't we furthermore get a standalone Batman horror movie?
It probably is a long shot, but it's furthermore an carefree idea. It would categorically put a new face upon a quality that has seen consequently many interchange film adaptations that something spacious and unique wouldn't be the worst concern in the world. Especially past the fate of the current DC movie Batman is far from certain at this point.
Aquaman will be in theaters December 21.
